UN-Soldiers get killed in North Afghanistan because an American burns the Qur'an

An angry mob of Afghans killed seven UN-Soldiers, because the radical american Priest Terry Jones burned the Qur'an, the holy text of Islam. Reports claim that hundreds, maybe even thousand angry protesters attacked the UN-Building in Masar-i-Scharif, killing 7 Soldiers, some of them being lynched and beheaded, and set the building on fire. About 5 of the protesters were killed in the Process. Meanwhile, Terry Jones asks why he should take the blame.
Terry Jones on his "Burn a Koran Day"

So, whose fault is it? Should Mr. Jones have shut his mouth, before knowingly provocing an entire religion and basicly inciting people to hate Muslims?
Or is it the fault of radical Islamists in Afghanistan, who are just wating for a reason to kill more "Infidels" and will use anything like Mr. Jones campaign as propaganda to spur the Afghan people for their Purposes?

  4. Lets not be stupid here lads, blaming Terry Jones for the attack is like blaming a girl who was raped because she was wearing a skirt.

It goes without saying Terry Jones should have kept his mouth shut, but lets not pretend that these fanatics in Afghanistan need an excess to do something like this. They have, after all, been doing shit like this for the past 8 years.

  12. Yeah, shocking that a qur'an is burned in America, while over on the other side of the Atlantic, groups in the middle east burn bibles and western flags every day. If they hadn't killed the soldiers for this, they would have killed them for something else, that's just religious fanaticism.
