Mary Jane - what did she do?

Why is weed illegal? Seriously, why?
And I don't just ask this because i like to light a bud, it is because I really want to know why our governments still insist on giving plant-owners jail time. I mean, how ridiculous is the fact, that some people have to sit years in Jail for the possession of a plant, while a child molester gets a shorter sentence? And its not even like its a dangerous drug, until now, there hasn't been a single reported death due to a THC-Overdose.
Seriously, this f*ckin grinds my gears.
Watch out Kids, this is dangerous!!!
In my Opinion even Alcohol is more dangerous than weed.
Like, have you ever been threatened by a group of high teenagers? What, will they, like, slowly beat you up and then start spacing out while they're at it?
Or have you heard of Hobo's getting AIDS because they shared their infected THC-Needles?
Or maybe Subway will possess World Domination because everyone suddenly starts eating there.

Actually, in Holland, where Marijuana is decriminalised and you can actually buy it in so-called Coffee-Shops, the teenagers are less tempted to smoke than, for example, in Germany.
This just doesn't make any Sense to me. It's just a frickin' PLANT!

  1. dunno bout alcohol but tobacco/cigarettes is way worse than marijuana. studies have even proven this. Prop 19 lost out by only a couple of %, maybe someday in the not too distant future marijuana will be legalized worldwide. that'll be the day!

  2. Made illegal because it is a mind altering substance. Most mind altering substances are illegal or controlled.

Also, smoking a fuck ton of it is not healthy, much like smoking anything.

Only reason cigarettes aren't illegal is cause they make a fortune on them, and they aren't mind altering.

  3. I heard that it's not the addictive stuff, but rather the smoke.

  7. I agree with your legalization stance. Although I disagree with some of your methods of argument, or at the least would like some evidence of the argument. But I agree with the point of your post.

  11. In marijuana's history, there's a lot of smear campaigns, mostly from anti-drug administrations attempting to get more funding. Almost all of it is BS. I think legalization would be the best way to go.

  12. I am from the Netherlands, so i have no problem getting my weed. All coffeeshops (where weed is sold) are directly or indirectly run by our gouvernment, so they make lots of money out of it.
