Behind the Moon

See this Picture? This is the Hubble Ultra-Deep Field, a picture taken by the Hubble Space Telescope. What you can see in the Picture are Galaxies, approximately from a time shortly after the Big Bang, 13 billion years ago. This is the deepest look humanity has ever taken into the Universe. The size of this Picture from our perspective is equal to roughly one thirteen-millionth of the total area of the sky. Each of these Galacies contain billions of stars by themselves again.

The sheer immensity of this gives me the chills.

  6. There is no doubt that there is more life, than human life. What if the Earth blows up or something, or there is no more life on earth. That would mean , that there is a whole galaxy of planets and everything. But it isn't used or anything. It would mean that there is NOTHING out there, which basicly means if the earth goes extinct, there is nothing left, ever.
