Just some random thought to keep you guys interested

In all musical genres there is sh*tty, bad music - there is no particular genre that consists only of bad or good content. But, the more popular a genre or band is the worse is usually gets.

You have to be concentrated and keep yourself engaged with a certain kind of music, and no matter how bad you thought of that genre before, if you keep looking long enough, you will find something that you like.

  3. This I can agree with. I say I hate rap a lot, but there are still some rappers I like, like Eminem and ICP. If you look hard enough, you might find something you like, but most people refuse to look.

  11. There is no bad music. Only different tastes. I mean, even thought bacon is the greatest invention known to man, there's still vegetarians out there

  12. No doubt, the underground is where it's at. What you really have to do is separate music into art and product. Usually it will fall into one of those categories and you should select based on whether you're looking for authenticity and depth or recreation and culture consumption.
